Job Summary:

The Addison Group is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to join their HR team. This is a contract-to-potential-hire role, offering a hybrid work model with 2-3 days in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver learning initiatives to enhance individual, team, and managerial effectiveness.
  • Develop curriculum content, facilitator guides, job aids, and assessments.
  • Partner with departments to assess training needs and identify skill gaps.
  • Collaborate with internal and external experts to develop learning resources.
  • Manage the New Hire Onboarding program, optimizing the process and delivering content.
  • Ensure learning systems meet business needs and enhance user experience.
  • Evaluate and provide feedback on training programs to ensure effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in professional learning and development.
  • Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD, APTD) preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Workday, Smartsheet, LMS, Zoom, and Teams.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and adaptability skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree required, with relevant experience considered.
