Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning and Development Director to join our team at the Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering educational programs that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement learning and development programs that align with our DE&I strategy
  • Design and deliver training sessions on DE&I topics for corporate members
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop solutions
  • Manage and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs
  • Build and maintain relationships with L&D stakeholders and leaders within our membership companies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in learning and development or a related field
  • Proven leadership and management experience
  • Strong understanding of adult learning strategies and inclusive training techniques
  • Experience with digital fluency and training delivery platforms
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience in member relations, leadership development, or a related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to travel within the U.S.
