Job Description

บริษัท บาเซโลนา มอเตอร์ จำกัด is seeking a skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with a focus on employee engagement and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training programs to meet the needs of our employees, including coaching, job-shadowing, and on-the-job training.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement events and activities to promote learning and development.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure stakeholder needs are met and development strategies are aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitor and control budget for training and development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or related field.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in Learning and Development and employee engagement event and activities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in group facilitation and training design.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with excellent computer skills in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
