Georgetown University's English Language Programs (ELP) is seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Coordinator to join its team. This key role will support the planning, production, and facilitation of professional development opportunities for ELP participants and alumni.

The Learning and Development Coordinator will work closely with the Learning and Development Manager to develop team projects, determine which projects require contract consultants for course design and implementation, and assist in preparing RFPs for institutions and individuals. This role will also collaborate with the IT Projects team on COP and LMS maintenance and enhancements to ensure the platforms meet the needs of L&D projects.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and 1-3 years of experience in TESOL or a related field, with experience in curriculum design and online course development. They will also possess outstanding interpersonal communication skills, excellent writing and editing skills, and the ability to independently establish objectives and plan, direct, and evaluate all aspects of work projects.

This is a telework position, and the employee will be required to come to Georgetown University/CIED when requested by their supervisor and/or the CIED/ELP Program Directors.
