A proficient manager is vital to our success. The Install Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring that all operations are seamless and that the team remains focused and motivated. This position demands a combination of leadership, organizational skills, and technical expertise to enhance our operational efficiency.

Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 annually, with the potential for bonuses up to $50,000.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Inspire and guide a team of HVAC and plumbing technicians, fostering high performance and compliance with company standards. Build strong relationships with team members to maintain a positive work culture.
  • Project Management: Direct and oversee all installation projects from inception to completion. Create and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring adherence to safety standards and regulations.
  • Client Engagement: Act as the main liaison for clients, managing their expectations and ensuring satisfaction. Handle scheduling, inquiries, and follow-up on billing matters.
  • Operational Management: Maintain an organized job board, ensuring no scheduling conflicts. Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to guarantee that all required materials are ready for upcoming projects.
  • Administrative Oversight: Initiate project documentation, confirm pricing, manage permits and rebates, and prepare invoices for accounts receivable. Monitor and report sales metrics to ensure accurate performance bonuses.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively address any challenges or delays that may arise, providing effective solutions to keep projects on track. Adapt to new situations and changes with agility.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing plumbing and HVAC installations (preferred).
  • Strong technical understanding of plumbing and HVAC systems.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Outstanding organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capacity to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools.
