Position Overview:
  • Oversee and coordinate maintenance and facility-related tasks, ensuring effective communication and execution of repairs and services.
  • Support the maintenance team by offering guidance and assistance in repair, upkeep, and preventive measures.
  • Manage the maintenance and facilities operations for the designated campus.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist campus teams in prioritizing and addressing maintenance challenges.
  • Maintain an inventory of parts and cleaning supplies.
  • Procure parts and equipment, monitor inventory levels, and generate reports.
  • Organize repair, maintenance, and installation schedules for machinery and equipment.
  • Oversee third-party services for landscaping, snow management, and cleaning requirements.
  • Lead projects related to equipment installation, upgrades, renovations, and other assigned initiatives.
  • Establish and execute preventive maintenance strategies.
  • Provide regular reporting and tracking of departmental activities.
  • Ensure all tasks are conducted safely and efficiently.
  • Supervise members of the Maintenance and Facilities team.
Qualifications:
  • Preferred: 2-year Technical Diploma or associate degree in a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in managing facility maintenance and operations.
  • Familiarity with work order systems and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong mechanical skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Able to lift over 60 lbs and adapt to flexible working hours.
  • Proficient computer skills with an emphasis on quality and safety.
