Role Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Inspire and guide a team of HVAC and plumbing professionals, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with company standards. Foster a positive workplace culture.
- Project Management: Direct and oversee all installation initiatives from inception to completion. Formulate and execute project timelines, budgets, and plans while adhering to safety and industry regulations.
- Client Engagement: Act as the main liaison for clients, managing their expectations and ensuring satisfaction. Handle scheduling, inquiries, and follow-up on billing matters.
- Operational Management: Maintain an organized job board, preventing overbooking and collaborating with inventory management to ensure necessary materials are ready for upcoming tasks.
- Administrative Responsibilities: Create job folders, confirm pricing, manage permits and rebates, and prepare invoices for accounts receivable. Monitor sales metrics to guarantee accurate performance bonuses.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively address challenges or delays, providing effective solutions to keep projects on schedule. Adapt to evolving circumstances with agility.
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in managing HVAC and plumbing installations (preferred).
- In-depth technical knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems.
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with safety standards and industry regulations.
