Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Professional to join our dynamic team at Quality Financial Services LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional financial and accounting services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of at least 15 clients with varying needs, providing personalized financial solutions and exceptional customer service.
  • Perform Bookkeeping and Payroll Services using QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial record-keeping.
  • Prepare Business Tax Returns and handle IRS Resolutions, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand and meet their financial needs, providing regular updates and progress reports.
  • Collaborate with team members to provide comprehensive financial solutions, leveraging expertise and knowledge to drive business growth.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with accounting standards, adhering to industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a Financial Services Firm or Accounting Firm is required, with a strong background in accounting and financial management.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and strong accounting skills, with the ability to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients efficiently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients regularly and provide clear, concise financial guidance.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and punctual, with a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, leveraging expertise and knowledge to drive business growth.

Work Schedule:

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with a 1-hour break).
  • Location: This is an in-office position, requiring daily commuting to our office.
  • Salary: $4,000 per month.
