The Guest Services Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors at our establishment. This position is responsible for managing the daily operations related to guest arrivals, departures, and various needs at the front desk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcomes, registers, and allocates accommodations for guests.
  • Distributes room keys or access cards.
  • Handles incoming phone inquiries and directs calls appropriately.
  • Manages reservations, including scheduling, cancellations, and confirmations.
  • Facilitates the transmission and reception of messages.
  • Maintains accurate records of occupied and available rooms, as well as guest accounts.
  • Processes financial transactions and payments.
  • Collaborates with team members to address guest needs effectively.
  • Responds to questions regarding hotel amenities and local attractions.
  • Addresses and resolves guest complaints or issues.

Qualifications

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
