Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and market dynamics.
  • Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support business planning, including revenue projections, expense management, and capital investment analysis.
  • Analyze financial outcomes and provide actionable insights to senior management to drive strategic decision-making and enhance financial performance.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with department leaders to establish and monitor financial metrics that drive business success and support growth strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations, accounting standards (GAAP), and internal policies.
  • Implement and uphold robust financial controls and processes to protect company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Oversee the enhancement of financial systems and tools to improve reporting, forecasting, and analytical capabilities.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
  • Provide guidance and support to finance team members on complex financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline; MBA or CFA is highly desirable.
  • 8+ years of experience in FP&A, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity, preferably within a SaaS, retail, or logistics context.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights.
  • Extensive experience in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems, such as NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, or similar platforms.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS business models, including revenue recognition, customer lifetime value (CLTV), and subscription metrics.
