Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct the annual budgeting and forecasting initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and market dynamics.
  • Create and sustain detailed financial models to aid in business planning, including revenue projections, expense management, and capital expenditure assessments.
  • Evaluate financial outcomes and deliver actionable insights to senior management to enhance decision-making and financial performance.
  • Supervise the generation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with department leaders to establish and track financial metrics that drive organizational performance and support growth strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations, accounting standards (GAAP), and internal policies.
  • Establish and uphold strong financial controls and processes to protect company assets and maintain the integrity of financial reporting.
  • Oversee the deployment and enhancement of financial systems and tools to improve financial reporting, forecasting, and analytical capabilities.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
  • Provide expertise and support to finance team members on intricate financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline; MBA or CFA preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in FP&A, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity, preferably within a SaaS, retail, or logistics context.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret complex financial data and deliver strategic insights.
  • Extensive experience in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Proficient in financial software and systems, such as NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, or comparable platforms.
  • Strong grasp of SaaS business models, including revenue recognition, customer lifetime value (CLTV), and subscription metrics.
