With a rich history of over 25 years in commercial property management, our client is expanding their operations and requires a skilled accountant to oversee financial activities for their commercial properties in Florida.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial management for a substantial portfolio of commercial properties.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable in collaboration with property management.
- Conduct monthly financial analyses, including budget versus actuals, variance analysis, and account reconciliations.
- Assist in preparing month-end and quarter-end financial documentation.
- Calculate rental income based on monthly sales data.
- Manage all Common Area Maintenance (CAM) billing and reporting.
- Collaborate with the Property Manager and regional controller on lease agreements and negotiations.
- Participate in special projects as assigned by the Regional Controller.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial property accounting, particularly with retail and restaurant portfolios.
- Proficient in advanced Excel functions.
- Strong multitasking abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Experience with property management software such as Yardi, MRI, Timberline, Great Plains, or Lawson is preferred.

Education:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
