Food and Beverage Operations Specialist

The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Food and Beverage Senior Associate to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless operations at our client sites.
Key Responsibilities- Merchandising: Maintain client office kitchens and pantries, and ensure high-quality storage rooms.
- Customer Service: Engage with clients and other Crafty team members onsite, delivering exceptional service.
- Maintenance and Inventory: Perform routine maintenance on machines, quality control checks, and complete task lists (inventory, budget).
- Communication: Communicate and escalate any location needs or safety concerns to the Crafty team, and accurately complete pre/post route paperwork.
- Client Obsessed: Demonstrates a deep commitment to understanding and exceeding client needs and preferences.
- Effective Communicator: Demonstrates exceptional communication skills across interpersonal, verbal, and written formats.
- Operationally Sound: Ensures that all operations run smoothly, efficiently, and effectively, adhering to best practices and standards.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including our Crafty healthcare plan, 401k, paid time off, equipment certification courses, and parental leave. Our compensation amount for this role is $28 an hour. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including cost of living based on location, candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
