Adecco US, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Team Lead to join their team in a manufacturing environment. As a key member of the maintenance staff, this individual will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the plant, ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and functioning at optimal levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train hourly employees assigned to their respective shift, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their job requirements.
  • Ensure that corrective and preventative maintenance is performed on manufacturing equipment, including installations and modifications, to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Oversee the maintenance of facilities and surrounding grounds, ensuring that all areas are safe and well-maintained.
  • Provide reports to management and executives on maintenance activities, highlighting areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance manager to develop and implement maintenance strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as industrial technology or engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a proven track record of leadership and maintenance expertise.
  • 2+ years of experience supervising or leading technicians or mechanics, with a strong understanding of LEAN Six Sigma principles and GMP regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
