Job Summary
C&W Services is seeking a skilled Plumbing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance tasks in a college campus setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to company standards and regulations.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building equipment and assets, including plumbing and HVAC systems.
- Conduct moves of varying sizes and weights, including furniture and equipment.
- Track and maintain accurate records of work completed, including hours and notes.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to emergency situations in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless execution of maintenance tasks.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices.
Working Conditions
The Plumbing Specialist will work primarily indoors, but may be required to perform occasional outdoor duties. Proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and uniforms will be provided by site management.
Schedule
The successful candidate will work a standard Monday to Friday day shift, with flexibility to adapt to a rotating on-call schedule as needed.
