About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Sales Leader to join our team at Express. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a team of sales associates to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Collaborate with store management to develop and implement visual merchandising plans and ensure a consistent brand image
  • Provide coaching and training to sales associates to improve their sales and customer service skills
  • Manage and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including sales and customer service standards
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and implement corrective actions
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
