Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Manager to join our pre-opening team at Okana Resort and Waterpark. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for booking leisure and wholesale groups for the hotel, utilizing your expertise in the market to maximize occupancy and ADR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in active sales solicitation and uphold company sales policies and selling techniques.
  • Network through participation in community and professional associations, activities, and events.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients to negotiate contracts.
  • Prepare RFPs and contracts for clients.
  • Manage time effectively to meet the needs of clients.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of previous hotel sales experience.
  • High school degree required; associate's/bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent business communication skills.
  • Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Presentation skills to confidently interact with clients and hotel team members.
