Account Executive

Audacy is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join its team in Pittsburgh. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for generating qualified prospects for business and developing needs-based marketing strategies for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed personal sales goals.
- Analyze customer needs through interviews and deliver effective sales presentations.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge of Audacy's properties in Pittsburgh.
- Provide direct and continuous services to advertising agencies and direct clients.
- Consistently work to increase station share of advertising/marketing dollars.
Requirements
- Strong verbal, written, listening, and phone skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Passionate about helping businesses grow through on-air and digital marketing.
- Innovative, creative, and articulate with the ability to instill confidence and credibility.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- General computer skills with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
- College degree preferred.
- Ability to operate a reliable motor vehicle to travel frequently within the Pittsburgh Market.
