Job Summary

Audacy is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join its team in Pittsburgh. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for generating qualified prospects for business and developing needs-based marketing strategies for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed personal sales goals.
  • Analyze customer needs through interviews and deliver effective sales presentations.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge of Audacy's properties in Pittsburgh.
  • Provide direct and continuous services to advertising agencies and direct clients.
  • Consistently work to increase station share of advertising/marketing dollars.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal, written, listening, and phone skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Passionate about helping businesses grow through on-air and digital marketing.
  • Innovative, creative, and articulate with the ability to instill confidence and credibility.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • General computer skills with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • College degree preferred.
  • Ability to operate a reliable motor vehicle to travel frequently within the Pittsburgh Market.
