About the Role:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Business Development Licensing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in directing, administering, and coordinating licensing activities to support our policies, goals, and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster Agency Compliance: Ensure that all aspects of our operations align with state licensing standards for CPA and residential providers.
  • Meet Departmental Goals: Collaborate with colleagues to meet departmental goals and outcomes, while maintaining or growing required competency levels for your position.
  • Licensing Requirements: Assist in training staff on licensing requirements, conduct inspections, and coordinate with agencies concerning licensing needs.
  • Audit Coordination: Coordinate external licensing audits and walk-throughs, responding to any necessary corrective actions.
  • Partnership Liaison: Act as the liaison for state and external partners regarding concerns or standards violations.
  • Travel Requirements: Travel to attend meetings, training, or conduct business off-site. A valid driver's license and meeting agency underwriting standards are required for driving on company business.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $22.46 per hour (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.).
