Peachtree Hospitality Management is currently seeking a skilled Business Development Event Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for assisting clients in booking hotel meeting and event spaces, supporting the efforts of the sales & marketing team, and providing services directly to the client.

About the Role

The Business Development Event Coordinator will work closely with various hotel departments and outside vendors to ensure that events and meetings run smoothly. Key responsibilities include:

  • Answering telephone inquiries in a pleasant manner and responding to caller questions about property facilities/services.
  • Serving as the point of contact for clients and communicating with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.
  • Coordinating internally with the sales & marketing team to achieve business development goals.
  • Generating reports, preparing proposals, and coordinating with clients & suppliers.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
