About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Analytics Manager to join our team at Asana. As a key member of our marketing organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven strategies to drive customer adoption and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to track key marketing metrics and KPIs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize marketing initiatives and projects
  • Design and implement A/B testing and experimentation strategies to inform marketing decisions
  • Work closely with data science and engineering teams to develop predictive models and attribution analysis
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform marketing strategy and tactics
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably with exposure to B2B and self-service business models
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics, finance, or a related technical field
  • Strong skills in SQL, data visualization, and statistical analysis
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
