Key Responsibilities:
- Conducts ongoing assessments and evaluations of supply and demand dynamics. Prepares and implements proprietary information agreements.
- Assists in the development of sourcing strategies, negotiation processes, and documentation of contracts and agreements.
- Communicates performance expectations and metrics to assess and monitor supplier performance.
This role is hybrid, requiring some onsite work at designated locations as determined by the hiring team.
Shift Information:
This position operates on a 1st shift schedule.
Security Clearance Requirements:
This role necessitates the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance post-start is mandatory.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in supply chain or materials management.
- At least 1 year of experience in direct negotiations with suppliers.
- 1+ years of experience with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices.
- A Bachelor's degree or higher.
Typical Education/Experience:
Education and experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g., Bachelor) and generally 3 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., Master + 1 year of related work experience, 7 years of related work experience, etc.).
Relocation:
Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Candidates must reside in the immediate area or manage relocation independently.
Travel Requirements:
This position may require travel up to 25% of the time.
