Job Opportunity

LHH Recruitment Solutions is collaborating with a growing company in the Kansas City Metro to find a skilled Purchasing Professional with at least 3 years of experience in a shared services environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This position offers a hybrid work schedule with flexibility to work from home two days each week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create purchase orders using an ERP system and negotiate with suppliers to maintain optimal pricing and lead times.
  • Resolve vendor questions and provide documentation as requested.
  • Adequately respond to a high volume of emails within a specific timeframe.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of purchasing experience in a shared services environment.
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • ERP experience preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office Excel.
