**Position Summary:**

We are in search of a talented and experienced Automotive Service Consultant with a background in GM vehicles to become a vital part of our team. The successful candidate will excel in delivering exceptional customer service, overseeing repair order performance, and enhancing the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).

**Key Duties:**

1. Welcome customers and assist in identifying vehicle concerns.

2. Engage with customers to comprehend their requirements and suggest suitable services.

3. Accurately create repair orders using dealership management software.

4. Liaise with technicians to guarantee prompt and quality repairs.

5. Track repair order performance metrics, including hours per repair order (HPRO), gross profit, and customer wait times.

6. Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.

7. Keep the service advisor workspace tidy and organized.

**Required Qualifications:**

1. At least 1 year of experience as an automotive service consultant, ideally with GM vehicles.

2. Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing repair order performance and CSI goals.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

4. Comprehensive understanding of automotive systems and repairs.

5. Proficient in dealership management software and computer applications.

6. Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

7. Customer-oriented attitude with a dedication to providing exceptional service.
