**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide consultation, leadership, collaboration, coaching, research, and ethical decision making for patients, staff, and the system.
- Serve as a change agent and promote quality through the utilization of evidence-based research.
- Organize system levels of care by leveraging expertise across defined specialties.
**Required Qualifications:**
- Master of Science in Nursing
- 5-7 years experience in specialty area of clinical practice
- Active in service line and/or professional development
- Must be clinical content expert in specialty area of clinical practice
- >1 year experience in delivering training in specialty area of clinical practice
- Current RN license (State of Georgia)
- Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Authorization as a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) from the State of Georgia
- National Certification in specialty area of clinical practice
