Job Title: Lead Payment Analyst

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a highly skilled Lead Payment Analyst to join their team in Titusville, NJ. As a key member of the Contract & Centralized Services (CCS) team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end investigator/site payment processes, payment calculations, and creation and management of purchase orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as liaison among colleagues within CCS and study teams to assist with complex issue resolution and/or guidance, as needed.
  • Partner with SCMs, LTMs, and SMs to ensure a collaborative environment and promote effective communication.
  • Rectify failed payments for purchase requisitions and demonstrate exemplary customer focus.
  • Train new CCS team members on specific processes and technology, and develop talent to enhance the team's effectiveness.
  • Responsible for training study teams relating to payment support and specific processes, and people management responsibility, including performance and development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5-8 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry/clinical research, with a working knowledge of clinical payment processing and systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem resolution skills, and ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance and other relevant guidance.
  • Previous experience working in virtual teams.
