Position Overview
As a Lead Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial health of the organization by managing cash flow and optimizing financial strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Continuously assess and evaluate the company's daily cash status to ensure all financial obligations are met, while coordinating short-term borrowing or investment strategies.
  • Oversee cash management processes, including income tracking, liability management, and asset optimization.
  • Consolidate cash from various bank accounts as needed to enhance liquidity.
  • Ensure compliance with month-end deadlines for reconciling all debt-related accounts and executing necessary journal entries.
  • Facilitate the execution of standby letters of credit, export letters of credit, performance bonds, and similar financial instruments.
  • Generate comprehensive reports on the company's cash and debt status on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Support the implementation of the company's hedging strategies.
  • Conduct data integrity checks and analytics on treasury operations.
  • Identify and recommend risk management strategies to mitigate interest rate and commodity risks.
  • Provide necessary information for both internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with all debt activities.
  • Analyze and monitor bank fees, including those related to credit cards and cash management.
  • Maintain accurate debt records and legal documentation.
  • Collaborate with treasury management to evaluate and optimize the company's banking relationships, including analyzing fee structures and credit quality.
  • Assist various departments with financial data requests as required.
  • Work closely with business units to prepare cash forecasts and other financial projections, identifying and addressing variances.
  • Support accounting, tax, and financial planning functions related to treasury transactions.
  • Collaborate with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to enhance cash flow forecasts and optimize working capital.
  • Prepare journal entries related to treasury activities and verify the accuracy of recorded transactions.
  • Reconcile ledger accounts associated with treasury and debt, participating in monthly and annual closing processes.
  • Assist in preparing presentation materials for stakeholders as needed.
  • Streamline data extraction processes related to debt functions for more efficient analysis.
  • Analyze debt-related data trends and provide insights to drive business value.
  • Maintain regular attendance and be available to work outside of standard hours when necessary.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field is required; an MBA is preferred. A minimum of six years of relevant experience is necessary, with a preference for corporate treasury experience.

Preferred Certifications
CTP, CFA, or CDP certifications are advantageous.
