Position Overview:
As a vital member of the hospitality division, the primary responsibility of the Event Coordination Support Specialist is to deliver effective administrative assistance to the Director of Event Management and the Event Managers, thereby enhancing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
This position is essential for the seamless functioning of the Event team, encompassing a variety of administrative and organizational tasks, including:

  • Distributing daily event schedules and weekly agendas.
  • Managing incoming communications, including screening and directing calls.
  • Coordinating group guarantees and preparing event planner packets.
  • Sending appreciation letters to guests as required.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational and time management capabilities, a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and proficiency in various software applications and office tools.
