Job Summary
As a key member of the Air Education and Training Command team, the Administrative Support Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for all administrative support programs. This role requires a high level of organizational and communication skills, with a focus on providing exceptional support to the squadron commander/director and personnel flights.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist the commander/director in the management of all administrative support program functions
• Serve as the resident subject matter expert for all mandated administrative support programs
• Liaise with personnel flights on military and civilian personnel issues
• Assist in planning, administering, and monitoring manpower resource requirements
• Perform other clerical and administrative work in support of the office/organization

Requirements
Applicants must have at least one year of specialized experience at the next lower grade GS-6, or equivalent in other pay systems. Experience with administrative support programs, office automation software, and personnel management is highly desirable.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Knowledge of organizational and functional responsibilities and operations
• Knowledge of office automation software and techniques
• Skill in fact-finding, problem analysis, and problem resolution
• Ability to communicate effectively and plan, organize work, and meet deadlines
