District Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Sales Manager to join our team at Ecolab. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and profit expansion in our targeted accounts in the Global High Tech region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a district plan to maximize revenue and meet defined profit increase goals.
- Regularly interact with senior management and executives to ensure objectives are met and provide sales forecasts and revenue predictions.
- Participate in strategic and tactical planning for the district, leveraging tools and resources to maximize ROI.
- Lead a team of sales engineers and technical service representatives, providing coaching and development to create and maintain value.
- Maintain documentation and address performance deficiencies, supporting team and internal partners in identifying trends and sharing expertise.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of experience leading and developing teams, with a strong background in technical sales or outside sales.
- Ability to travel as required to support the district, with a valid driver's license.

Please note that this is a full-time position, and the candidate may reside in the Seattle WA, Portland OR, Boise ID, or Salt Lake City UT areas. The territory will include accounts in Eastern WA, Eastern OR, ID, and UT, with up to 50% overnight travel required.
