Job Title: District Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Sales Manager to join our team at Ecolab. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and profit expansion in our targeted accounts in the Global High Tech region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a district plan to maximize revenue and meet defined profit increase goals.
  • Regularly interact with senior management and executives to ensure objectives are met and provide sales forecasts and revenue predictions.
  • Participate in strategic and tactical planning for the district, leveraging tools and resources to maximize ROI.
  • Lead a team of sales engineers and technical service representatives, providing coaching and development to create and maintain value.
  • Maintain documentation and address performance deficiencies, supporting team and internal partners in identifying trends and sharing expertise.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of experience leading and developing teams, with a strong background in technical sales or outside sales.
  • Ability to travel as required to support the district, with a valid driver's license.
