About the Role:

As a Compensation Analyst at Loadsmart, you will play a pivotal part in designing processes and calculating incentives that attract, retain, and reward employees for their hard work. This role requires collaboration with business leaders in Human Resources, Sales, Operations, and Finance to create and maintain compensation programs that drive Loadsmart's continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and administer the annual merit process to ensure fair and equitable compensation for employees.
  • Design and implement sales incentive plans that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Calculate and process variable incentive plans to reward employees for their contributions.
  • Identify and recommend ways to streamline incentive calculations and provide greater transparency to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with compensation-related projects and ensure timely and accurate pay data is communicated to compensation partners.
  • Create standardized and ad-hoc reporting for leadership related to compensation to inform strategic decisions.
  • Provide expert guidance on salary adjustments, promotions, and other compensation-related decisions to ensure alignment with company goals.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration.
  • Prior experience in the design and administration of Sales Compensation Plans.
  • Prior experience in creating and managing a compensation merit cycle.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills to analyze data and create meaningful, understandable models and reports.
  • Ability to successfully interact with all levels, including senior management, and influence decision-making.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
