About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join Willis Towers Watson as a Lead Analyst, Broad-Based Rewards. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing cutting-edge rewards strategies for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with clients and consultants to develop tailored rewards programs that drive business results
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking analyses to ensure clients' reward programs are competitive and aligned with industry best practices
  • Model pay structures and conduct financial impact analyses to inform reward program design
  • Develop and analyze incentive plan designs to support clients' business strategies
  • Draft reports and exhibits presenting analytical work to client audiences
  • Stay up-to-date on legal, regulatory, and legislative trends affecting corporate governance and compensation
  • Identify opportunities to improve client team processes and contribute to sales and marketing efforts
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, economics, finance, mathematics, statistics, or a related field
  • 3 years of relevant work experience in rewards, compensation, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for sharing solutions with clients
  • Excellent financial literacy and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
