As a Senior Analyst of Compensation Strategies, you will be instrumental in the development and oversight of Insight's sales compensation framework, ensuring alignment with the organization's overarching compensation strategy through meticulous analysis of job roles and compensation elements. Your role will involve assessing internal equity, external competitiveness, and legal compliance of the organization's pay practices to guarantee equitable and competitive compensation.

Key Responsibilities at Insight

Design and oversee the sales compensation framework to ensure alignment both internally and externally. Assess job responsibilities, determine job exemption classifications and salary grades, and maintain comprehensive job documentation. Conduct compensation surveys, monitor industry trends, and analyze market data to ensure compliance with regulations and uphold competitive compensation practices. Collaborate with the Sales Incentive team to ensure cohesive compensation strategies. Work alongside HR Managers and Recruiting teams to provide guidance and recommend corrective or alternative actions to address issues. Manage and recommend pay structures for sales positions. Provide support for global compensation administration across all job roles. Participate in the administration of global compensation programs. Oversee assigned projects effectively. Contribute to global job alignment initiatives to ensure consistency across the organization.

Qualifications Required to Join Insight

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from an accredited four-year college or university; or an equivalent combination of education and HR-related experience. A minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation analysis. Proven experience in designing and maintaining a sales compensation framework. Familiarity with survey administration processes. Experience in global compensation administration is preferred.

The base salary range for this position typically falls between $100,000 and $107,000, accompanied by benefits. However, compensation decisions are influenced by the specific circumstances of each case, including experience and location, and we will also consider candidates outside of this range as necessary.
