The Flooring Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring that each installation project meets the high standards set during the sales process. This position is vital for delivering a seamless customer experience while maintaining efficiency and profitability in our operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers post-sale
  • Conduct weekly meetings with branch personnel to review sales and customer expectations
  • Perform site visits to ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Coordinate job schedules to align with customer and installer availability
  • Keep customers informed about installation details, including start dates and project scope
  • Maintain daily communication with installers and customers regarding job progress
  • Manage any changes to contracted work with written consent
  • Facilitate any necessary in-field purchases to complete projects
  • Ensure delivery on all commitments made during the sales process
  • Guide customers through the completion of their projects and finalize payments
  • Oversee projects to achieve profitability targets
  • Address conflicts and customer complaints promptly
  • Participate in local events and shows as needed
  • Complete all job-related tasks, including providing installers with necessary materials
  • Continuously enhance knowledge of flooring products
  • Attend weekly meetings with the Franchise Owner and team
  • Document daily updates on job status and upcoming schedules
  • Work towards achieving sales installation goals on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Make decisions aligned with the core values and mission of Floor Coverings International.
