Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities- Recruitment and Development: Identify, recruit, and train top talent in mortgage sales and support staff to ensure a strong team foundation.
- Origination Excellence: Ensure the origination of high-quality loans by implementing effective processes and procedures.
- Business Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with realtors, customers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue.
- Leadership and Coaching: Assume a leadership role among mortgage loan origination staff, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure growth and profitability.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports to track sales production and effectiveness of marketing programs, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Industry Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of federal, state, and local government policies, as well as private investors' guidelines and industry trends.
- Experience: Three years or more of management experience in mortgage sales, with a background in operations a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Minimum three years of related experience within the mortgage industry.
- Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Windows software.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or economics preferred.
- Travel: Travel will be required.
The salary range for this role is USD $35,568.00/Yr. to USD $500,000.00/Yr.
