As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering strategic talent development programs and initiatives, as well as providing advocacy and critical thinking to address claims of inappropriate or inadequate care.
Key Responsibilities- Training Delivery: Develop and deliver training courses, collaborating with the Training and Development Manager, Compliance Specialist, Talent Acquisition, HRBP, and key stakeholders to identify and provide training and development opportunities.
- Marketing Learning Support: Support the River Edge community by ensuring the successful rollout and delivery of critical training across the business.
- Information Management: Ensure learning data is accurately stored, reported, and monitored for compliance. Utilize the Learning Management System (LMS) to track the effectiveness of all training assets.
- Engagement: Assist in developing and implementing the team member engagement strategy. Plan and organize events, communications, and initiatives to ensure that our team members continue promoting River Edge as a premier service in our communities.
- Administrative Support: Coordinate and track training requests, course logistics, reserve rooms, schedule meetings, order supplies, test equipment, ensure room setup, and create reports.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or comparable.
- Experience: One year of experience in a role that required critical thinking skills and analysis. Two years of experience in providing direct care. Minimum of 1-year training experience. Four years of experience in healthcare documenting findings.
- Skills: Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver training. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
