Office Administrator

The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office environment, including office presentation, office support, administrative processes, and systems. This role will also involve event planning, recordkeeping, and filing.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department and senior leaders
- Welcome and direct visitors, clients, and employees
- Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries and questions
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate travel, meetings, and appointments for managers and executives
- Prepare agendas and schedules for meetings
- Use and submit invoices and expenses via accounting system
- Manage the planning and execution of internal and external company events
- Provide project and research assistance
- Plan office moves, additions, and changes to workstations
- Facilitate initial inquiries with office equipment usage
- At least three years of administrative office experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree in office administration or related field preferred
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality of company, financial, and employee information
- Comfort with changing priorities and a dynamic work environment
- Extensive knowledge of office management procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient with Google Suite or related software
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times
- Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
This is a full-time exempt salaried position with an expected base annual salary range $55,000 - $65,000 (Depending on Qualifications & Experience)
This position is in-office at AES headquarters (St. Paul, MN)
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Profit sharing bonus based on company performance
