Job Summary

Williamson Health is seeking a highly skilled EMS Logistics Officer to join our team. As a key member of our emergency medical services team, you will be responsible for managing, planning, developing, organizing, and maintaining the department's facilities, vehicle fleet, equipment, medical supplies, and resources to ensure a constant state of mission readiness.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emergency medical services, with experience in logistics and leadership. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a high-reliability EMS system, model a safety-first culture, and promote a supportive and encouraging work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the department's facilities, vehicle fleet, equipment, medical supplies, and resources.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a high-reliability EMS system.
  • Model a safety-first culture and promote a supportive and encouraging work environment.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality collaborative working relationships with all internal and external key stakeholders.
  • Actively monitor, plan, and support the acquisition, development, and maintenance of EMS facilities, fleet, equipment, and resources.
  • Ensure cleanliness of facilities, fleet, equipment, and supplies.
  • Active oversight and participation in ensuring inventory accuracy and expirations.
Requirements
  • AEMT or Paramedic diploma or degree from a college or university or state-approved training program.
  • Tennessee Licensed AEMT, Paramedic, or Critical Care Paramedic.
  • BLS certification at time of employment.
  • ACLS and PALS certifications within six months of employment for Paramedics & Critical Care Paramedics.
  • Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) within six months of employment.
  • Valid driver's license in the state of residency; must be insurable.
  • Specialized job-specific training and/or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Managerial Certificate(s) and/or Associate's Degree preferred.
