Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
  • Facilitate the setup of devices for newly onboarded employees and ensure proper data wiping is done in factory settings for re-issuance.
  • Coordinate the shipment of packages to EquipmentShare branches and subsidiaries.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate receiving or delivering supplies, parts, and equipment.
  • Apply asset tags to all received inventory and input relevant data into the asset management system.
  • Process all off-boarded devices and ensure proper disposal or re-issuance.
  • Provide professional and customer-centric service to all constituents and external stakeholders.
  • Undertake any other duties as designated.
  • Adhere to logistical regulations and internal policies.
