EquipmentShare is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IT Logistics Specialist to support our corporate office in Columbia, MO. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing requests for company devices, ensuring timely fulfillment for employees, and coordinating the shipment of packages to EquipmentShare branches and subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
- Facilitate the setup of devices for newly onboarded employees and ensure proper data wiping is done in factory settings for re-issuance.
- Coordinate the shipment of packages to EquipmentShare branches and subsidiaries.
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate receiving or delivering supplies, parts, and equipment.
- Apply asset tags to all received inventory and input relevant data into the asset management system.
- Process all off-boarded devices and ensure proper disposal or re-issuance.
- Provide professional and customer-centric service to all constituents and external stakeholders.
- Undertake any other duties as designated.
- Adhere to logistical regulations and internal policies.
