Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at AccorHotels. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the reception area, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and train a team of front office staff to ensure excellent customer service and high standards of professionalism.
  • Manage the front office operations, including check-in and check-out procedures, room assignments, and guest requests.
  • Handle guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front office area.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a front office supervisory role in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
