Position Overview:
As a Cleanroom Technician at Carolina Components Group, you will play a crucial role in the assembly, testing, inspection, and packaging of single-use assemblies. This position requires the use of various assembly tools and testing equipment, all while adhering to approved product design specifications and batch assembly records within a controlled environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Comprehend and apply on-the-job training effectively.
2. Rigorously follow established processes and procedures to ensure compliance within a controlled manufacturing environment.
3. Accurately read and interpret assembly drawings and instructions to assemble products efficiently.
4. Identify and differentiate sub-component parts based on part numbers and visual inspection.
5. Conduct in-process inspections according to applicable specifications or work orders, ensuring the integrity of input and output materials and packaging.
6. Execute labeling and packaging tasks diligently.
7. Adhere to assembly methodologies, maintaining strict accept/reject criteria.
8. Comply with Carolina Components Quality System policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
9. Collaborate with Quality Assurance personnel to uphold product quality and address any detected non-conformities.
10. Report any issues related to quality, processes, equipment, or materials to the Team Lead or Supervisor.
11. Utilize approved tools and fixtures safely and efficiently.
12. Complete necessary documentation, including line clearance, scrap records, and training records.
13. Maintain batch records for traceability in accordance with company standards.
14. Keep a clean and organized workspace to support manufacturing operations.
15. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Team Lead.

Essential Skills:
- Proficient in reading and understanding procedures in English.
- Capable of accurately completing paperwork in English.
- Ability to work safely around chemicals and equipment.
- Capacity to stand or sit for extended periods.
- Dexterity and hand/eye coordination for repetitive tasks.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a controlled environmental setting is advantageous.
- Prior assembly experience is preferred.

Work Environment:
The role is primarily conducted in a climate-controlled office environment, with activities extending into a heated manufacturing and warehouse facility. The noise level in this environment is typically low to moderate.
