Position Overview:
As a Cleanroom Technician at Carolina Components Group, you will play a crucial role in the assembly, evaluation, inspection, and packaging of single-use products. This position requires adherence to established product design specifications, batch assembly documentation, and operational protocols within a controlled environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Demonstrate the ability to comprehend and apply on-the-job training effectively.
2. Rigorously follow established processes and procedures to ensure compliance within a controlled manufacturing environment.
3. Accurately interpret assembly drawings and instructions to facilitate efficient product assembly.
4. Identify and differentiate sub-component parts through visual inspection and part number recognition.
5. Conduct in-process inspections according to relevant specifications or work orders, ensuring the integrity of materials and packaging.
6. Execute labeling and packaging tasks with precision.
7. Adhere to assembly standards, applying accept/reject criteria consistently.
8. Comply with Carolina Components Quality System policies, guidelines, and regulatory standards.
9. Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to uphold product quality and address any discrepancies.
10. Report any quality, process, equipment, or material issues to the Team Lead or Supervisor.
11. Utilize approved tools and fixtures safely and efficiently.
12. Complete necessary documentation, including line clearance, scrap records, and training logs.
13. Maintain batch records for traceability in line with company standards.
14. Keep a clean and organized workspace to support manufacturing operations.
15. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Team Lead.

Essential Skills:
- Proficient in reading and understanding procedures in English.
- Capable of accurately completing paperwork in English.
- Ability to work safely with chemicals and equipment.
- Capacity to stand or sit for extended periods.
- Dexterity and hand/eye coordination for repetitive tasks.
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 40 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a controlled environment is advantageous.
- Prior assembly experience is preferred.

Work Environment:
The role is primarily conducted in a climate-controlled office and a heated manufacturing facility, where the noise level is typically low to moderate.
