  • Visual Standards: Collaborate with key partners to effectively execute shipment and omni-fulfillment processes; support visual standards, product stock levels, and markdowns.
  • Store Maintenance: Assist store leadership in maintaining standards and cleanliness by supporting daily tasks; stay current on monthly visual messaging and concept updates within the store.
Communication and Relationships:
  • Inclusive Environment: Contribute to an inclusive and people-first philosophy; engage with employees at all levels to encourage open dialogue, reinforce follow-through, and ensure that the store team is heard and supported.
  • Communication: Check in with leadership to maintain communication and teamwork on completing store objectives; be open and responsive to feedback.
  • Customer Insights: Provide insights related to the customer and employee experience and communicate feedback to Store Manager.
Requirements:
  • Terrain Brand Fan: Passion for the Terrain brand and its values.
  • Leadership Experience: 1+ years of leadership experience.
  • Home Décor Knowledge: Knowledge of home décor trends and gardening.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Eagerness to Learn: Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization.
