Territory Manager

At Terrain, we're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Decorative Key Holder to join our team. As a key holder, you will play a vital role in creating a customer-centric environment by supporting the store leadership team in service, selling, and daily processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Experience: Collaborate with the leadership team to cultivate Terrain's four promises: to welcome, to inspire, to inform, and to appreciate our customers.
- Product Knowledge: Share décor product knowledge, new arrivals, and current decorating trends to inform customers and inspire their indoor and outdoor spaces.
- Omni Services: Utilize technology to deliver a seamless, omnichannel shopping experience through the execution of all omni services.
- Store Environment: Actively participate in managing the store environment and customer experience by facilitating an energized pace, positivity of the team, and management of daily zones.
- Decision-Making: Exercise decision-making skills to support problem-solving and enhance each customer's experience.
- Team Development: Support new hire onboarding and continued education of the team through cross-training of multiple departments.
- Daily Processes: Support daily operating processes such as opening and closing procedures, maintaining store standards, restocking product, and helping with facilities or IT issues.
- Visual Standards: Collaborate with key partners to effectively execute shipment and omni fulfillment processes; support visual standards, product stock levels, and markdowns.
- Store Maintenance: Assist store leadership in maintaining standards and cleanliness by supporting daily tasks; stay current on monthly visual messaging and concept updates within the store.
- Inventory Management: Adhere to store's safety standards, inventory accuracy, reduction of product loss, and uphold all company policy and procedures to support the profitability of the store.
- Inclusive Environment: Contribute to an inclusive and people-first philosophy; engage with employees at all levels to encourage open dialogue, reinforce follow-through, and ensure that the store team is heard and supported.
- Communication: Check in with leadership to maintain communication and teamwork on completing store objectives; be open and responsive to feedback.
- Feedback: Provide insights related to the customer and employee experience and communicate feedback to Store Manager.
- Terrain Brand Fan: Be a fan of the Terrain brand.
- Leadership Experience: Have 1+ years of leadership experience.
- Home Décor Trends: Have knowledge of home décor trends and gardening.
- Flexibility: Be able to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Eagerness to Learn: Show eagerness to learn and grow within the organization.
