Job Summary

A Computer Operator is required to manage and operate drawings for on-line games, second chance drawings, and special event drawings. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of computer operating systems, network file systems, and USB file transfer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve hardware and software issues, from minor software to complex system issues.
  • Monitor networked systems for security problems and investigate causes of any suspicious activity identified.
  • Perform the Game Closing and IT draw operations, verifying closing of lottery games, validating winning numbers, and updating the website and phone line.
  • Balance sales and liabilities data with the gaming system and create Back-Office System (BOS) reports.
  • Monitor the Internal Control System (ICS) and BOS performance during data entry and reporting any anomalies noted.
Requirements
  • Extensive knowledge of computer operating systems, network file systems, and USB file transfer.
  • Experience in an information technology environment in a Microsoft Windows environment.
  • Ability to effectively comprehend SOPs, reports, test scripts, and other related materials.
  • High School Diploma.
