P&C Insurance Business Development Manager

We are looking for a skilled P&C Insurance Business Development Manager to join our Commercial Risk Unit. In this role, you will support new business by following up on leads in a timely manner and perform database file management and input information accurately.
You will work closely with our commercial underwriters and support the growth of a profitable book of business through strategic placement of business. This requires excellent time management skills and the ability to learn and adapt to new technology systems and software applications.
Key qualifications include:
- 3+ years of P&C commercial sales or brokerage experience
- Active P&C license in good standing
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Our estimated salary range for this role is $100,000 to $160,000 per year, including on-target commission/variable pay.
