AmeriTech Staffing, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Coordinator to join our team.
Job OverviewThe Business Operations Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the sales and manufacturing teams by providing exceptional customer service, data entry support, and administrative assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data entry of sales-related processes, including quotations, orders, and sales documents.
- Maintenance of customer systems, processing invoices, and submitting them according to customer requirements.
- Provide general admin and clerical supports, including emailing, mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying.
- Answering, screening, and transferring inbound calls, opening, sorting, and distributing incoming correspondence.
- Maintain overall office organization and cleanliness.
- Filing of records.
Requirements:
- Excellent accuracy to detail, with a strong commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe software programs.
- Ability to learn and use new software programs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High capacity for learning, retaining, and executing processes.
Salary Information: The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 based on industry standards and location.
