About the Position

The Collision Center Office Manager is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our collision center. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing organization and contribute to the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.

You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the collision center, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer follow-up. You will also be involved in developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the collision center, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer follow-up
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and external partners
  • Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
