Job Summary
  We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to assist the Business Administrator in managing various aspects of college operations. This role will provide financial accountability and ensure compliance with State and university guidelines.

  About the Role
  The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The salary for this position is estimated to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

  Key Responsibilities
  * Assist the Business Administrator with day-to-day management of budgetary, financial, personnel and administrative functions
  * Provide financial accountability and ensure compliance with State and university guidelines
  * Develop and implement procedures to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
  * Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and goals

  Requirements
  To be successful in this role, you will need:
  * A degree in a related field such as accounting, business administration or finance
  * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  * Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  * Strong organizational and time management skills
  * Knowledge of State and university guidelines and regulations
