**Business Operations Assistant Role**
Clahton Services seeks an experienced Business Operations Assistant to join our team in Northwest Houston. In this role, you will contribute to the efficient operation of our business by performing administrative tasks, managing accounts, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations and Administration: Provide administrative support, manage schedules, and coordinate meetings.
- Accounting and Finance: Assist with transaction processing, record-keeping, and reconciliation.
- Customer Service: Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely support.
- Shipping and Logistics: Prepare shipping documents, labels, and packing slips as required.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Education and Experience: 2+ years of business operations experience, preferably in an administrative role.
- Skills and Abilities: Strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Salary and Benefits:
